Return to Work Coordinator's ensures the policy and procedures in an employer’s return to work program are followed to assist injured workers return to pre- injury duties. Who should attend? Return To Work Coordinators who are new to the role, those who want to refresh their knowledge, in HR or OHS.
It is a legal requirement for all Category 1 employers (those employers that have a basic tariff premium of $50,000 or greater, or who employ more than 20 workers or who are self insured) to have a Return to Work Coordinator that is trained in an accredited WorkCover NSW course. The AW Workwise Return to Work Coordinator course meets this requirement.
