The basic premise of this workshop is to enable the participants to identify their individual strengths and challenges and to set an immediate course of action for improvement. Specifically we will focus on their role within the company and how their networking behaviours, skills and knowledge impact the success of their career and the company. This practical workshop covers three core aspects Goals & Motivation, Networking Fundamentals and Mastering Relationships.
This workshop will conclude at 12pm, to be followed by lunch and networking.
